This document sets out the rules governing the use of the 311bet platform in Brazil. By creating an account or using any 311bet service, you agree to all the terms described herein. Please read carefully before registering.

Each user may hold only one active account, linked to their CPF. Attempts to create multiple accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and cancellation of all bonus balances.
All 311bet bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal. Real balance funds (deposits) are never affected by rollover — only the bonus balance is subject to the conditions described in each offer.
Deposits and withdrawals are handled exclusively through Brazilian payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED. No international payment methods are accepted.
The money you deposit is yours and can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of your bonus rollover status. Rollover requirements apply only to bonus balances received from 311bet.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service available at 311bet (hereinafter "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming rules published on this site.
Acceptance of these Terms occurs at the time of registration, first deposit, or first use of any Platform feature, whichever comes first. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 311bet.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and 311bet's operating company, applicable to all services available on the platform: Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, poker, bonuses and promotions.
To create an account with 311bet, users must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration is free and can be completed on mobile or desktop in under 3 minutes. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including their full name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number.
311bet reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
Each CPF may be linked to only one active 311bet account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all identified accounts, cancellation of all bonus balances, and possible retention of the real balance for investigation.
The user is responsible for keeping their registration information up to date and for safeguarding their account login credentials. 311bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their password or login details. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support immediately.
311bet exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. International payment methods are not accepted.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. The maximum deposit per transaction and daily limits may vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP level. Deposits made via Pix are credited to the account in under 30 seconds after confirmation by the user's bank.
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or Pix key registered under the CPF of the 311bet account holder — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit, whenever possible.
Processing times vary by VIP level: Bronze users have withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes via Pix; Gold users in up to 2 minutes; Platinum users in up to 90 seconds; and Diamond users receive instant withdrawals with no processing queue.
311bet may require document verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, in line with compliance requirements. Withdrawals requested by users who have not yet completed the KYC verification process may be held until verification is finalized. The user's balance is not affected during this process.
311bet does not charge fees on deposits. For withdrawals, the platform covers processing costs via Pix. Withdrawals through other methods may be subject to banking fees charged by the user's financial institution, which are outside 311bet's control.
311bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its own discretion, particularly in cases of obvious odds errors, suspected match-fixing, or violations of the rules in this section. Bets confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding on both parties.
Odds are dynamic and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment the user confirms the bet are the odds that apply. In live betting, odds are updated second by second and may shift between the moment the user selects them and the moment they confirm.
Bet outcomes are determined based on the official sources of each competition. If a result differs from the one initially published (e.g., a scoreline change due to a disciplinary ruling), the bet is settled according to the final official result recognized by the relevant governing body — FIFA, CBF, UFC, etc.
Bets on postponed or canceled events are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance, unless specific market rules indicate otherwise (e.g., the 90-minute rule in football markets).
The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the event ends, based on current odds. The available Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake. 311bet does not guarantee Cash Out availability for all bets or markets.
For parlay bets (accumulators), all events must be settled before the bet is paid out. If one event is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining parlay continues with recalculated odds.
311bet casino games — including slots, live casino, crash games, roulette, baccarat, and blackjack — are provided by internationally certified suppliers. The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in that game's information section.
311bet does not manipulate casino game results. Outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) that are certified and periodically audited by independent entities.
The 311bet poker room operates with competitive rake on cash games and MTT and sit & go tournaments. Rake is automatically deducted from each pot (cash game) or from tournament buy-ins, in accordance with the tables available in the Poker section of the platform.
Collusion between players, use of unauthorized assistance software (bots, prohibited real-time HUDs), or any form of cheating will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated balances, including any real balance pending withdrawal.
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session or results in incorrect crediting of winnings, 311bet reserves the right to investigate the logs and correct the balance. Winnings credited due to a technical error cannot be withdrawn and may be removed from the account following an investigation.
The 311bet welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. This is an exclusive offer for new users, tied to the CPF — only one welcome bonus per CPF is allowed over the lifetime of the account.
The bonus is automatically credited within up to 5 minutes after confirmation of the first deposit of at least R$ 10.00. The bonus balance is kept in a separate wallet from the real balance.
All 311bet bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal:
Real balance is never used to fulfill bonus rollover requirements. Bets that count toward rollover must meet the minimum odds specified in each promotion.
Unused bonuses that expire within the specified timeframe are automatically cancelled. The account's real balance is not affected by the cancellation of expired bonuses. After cancellation, the user can continue using the platform as normal with their available real balance.
311bet monitors betting patterns that constitute bonus abuse, such as systematic arbitrage betting, wagering on low-risk events solely to clear rollover requirements, or coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. In such cases, 311bet may cancel the bonus, reduce affected balances, or close the account.
311bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice, and the conditions in effect at the time of opt-in will be honored for users who have already activated the bonus.
The 311bet VIP Program is a loyalty initiative with five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on points accumulated over 30 consecutive days of activity on the platform.
Participation is automatic for all registered users. Levels are recalculated monthly based on points earned over the previous 30 days. 311bet reserves the right to adjust the points structure, benefits, and level requirements with 7 days' prior notice. Changes will not reduce benefits already credited.
Rakeback and monthly VIP bonuses are calculated based on the user's actual activity and credited on the first Monday of each month. Rakeback balances are credited as real balance with no additional rollover. Monthly VIP bonuses follow the rollover conditions specific to each level, as described on the VIP Program page.
The user agrees to use the 311bet platform exclusively for lawful entertainment purposes and within the limits set forth in these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Violation of any of these items may result in temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and/or balance retention for investigation, depending on the severity of the conduct identified.
311bet carries out an Identity Verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) process as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. All users are subject to the KYC process, particularly before withdrawals above certain amounts.

Users may request account closure at any time through 24h support. Before closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn. Incomplete bonus balances are cancelled upon closure. The closure process is finalized within up to 5 business days after confirmation of the last pending withdrawal.
311bet may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, use of multiple accounts, confirmed bonus abuse, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the real balance may be held for investigation for up to 30 days.
Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 311bet will notify the account holder by email before taking any action on inactive accounts. The real balance of inactive accounts remains available for withdrawal upon request to support.
311bet provides its services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, 311bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
311bet is not liable for financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the user, odds fluctuations, casino game outcomes, or any other activity related to the use of the platform's services in an entertainment context.
Sports betting and casino games involve financial risk. The user acknowledges being aware that they may lose the amount wagered and that 311bet offers no guarantee of financial return on any activity carried out on the platform.
311bet's maximum liability to the user, under any circumstance and for any reason, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arises.
311bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, platform practices, or the services offered. Material changes will be communicated by email to the account holder at least 7 (seven) calendar days before they take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the jurisdiction where 311bet's operating company is headquartered, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
